What is Social Sock Club?

Social Sock Club is a monthly sock subscription service that sends you a pair of socks-with-personality every month. At the end of every month we tally up the amount of socks that you have purchased and donate a pair of our socks on your behalf to somebody in need.

Do I get to choose what types of sock that I get?

Nop! We have designed a vast range of socks in different patterns and colours so each month there is something new to help you get a bit of flare in your sock draw.

What kind of socks can I expect?

Your socks are made from 70% Cotton 25% Polyester  5% Elastane.

Carefully designed in Australia, you will find them supple and comfortable.

They’re like a warm hug for each foot!

What currency are the prices displayed in?

For customers within Australia and New Zealand, prices are shown in Australian dollars. For all other countries, the prices are shown in US dollars.

How many pairs will I receive each month?

You will receive a one pair of high quality socks every month. If you would like to receive more socks to your sock-scription, simply add another sock-scription.

How do I know if the socks will fit?

We have a one size fits most mentality. The socks stretch to fit your feet.

If you want that in official terms, the sock fit is for men’s feet AU/UK 8-12 or US 8.5-12.5, however rest assured unlike Cinderella’s glass slipper, you should find the sock will fit.

How long will it take for my socks to arrive?

We process new subscriptions right away. If you’re based in Australia you will receive your socks within 4 to 6 days. It takes Social Sock Club Santa Claus a little bit longer to get his sleigh into gear for international orders, especially when Rudolf has been on the brandy all night. We will look to get your goodies over to you within 10 business days.

I have moved address - How can do I make sure I still get my socks?

If you’ve got a new job, finally moved out of home or going overseas, simply adjust your address by visiting ‘My Account’.

How do I cancel my subscription?

It’s not me, it’s you – right?

For month-to-month subscribers, we will continue to send socks to you every month until you cancel your sock-scription – this can be done via logging into ‘My Account’. We will stop sending the socks the month after receiving your request to cancel.
